This video montage shares the many images of a successful school division and a staff that cares deeply about students.  This piece embodies a statement made by former Schools Superintendent William Dean that has become part of the culture of FCPS— “The only reason we are here is to do our part to make young people successful.  That’s it. It’s the only reason.  So no matter what part you play, do it well.”
