Frederick County Public Schools works to help students explore and prepare for possible careers from elementary school through high school.  In this program, Director of Elementary Instructional Services Jeri Swogger and Orchard View Elementary School Guidance Counselor Connie VanSickler discuss career exploration at the elementary school level.  In addition, Coordinator of Counseling and Safe and Drug-Free Schools Silvia Restivo and Supervisor of Career and Technical Education Steve Straight discuss career exploration and readiness programs offered at the middle and high school levels.
