"An Interview with Crystal nelson"
During the summer of 2010, Millbrook High School junior Crystal Nelson had the opportunity to run as a member of the National Southeast Cross Country Team. As a member of the team, she traveled to Australia to participate in the 13th annual Down Under Cross Country Competition and the Gold Coast Bulletin 5K Challenge. In this program, Crystal shares details about her exciting summer and discusses her passion for running.
