Indian Hollow Elementary School Kindness Team
In December 2011, the Indian Hollow Elementary School Kindness Team sent holiday cards and letters to Marine Sergeant Matthew Miller, a 2007 James Wood High School graduate serving in Afghanistan. In this program, Indian Hollow Elementary School guidance counselor Jeanette Gluszak and several students discuss the Kindness Team and the project involving Sergeant Miller. Miller's mother, Tammy Furr, also shares her perspective on the work of the Kindness Team and the project involving her son.
